Sinotruk Fujian Haixi Truck Co., Ltd (with registered brand 'HOMAN') is a commercial vehicle enterprise invested and built by CNHTC as a positive response to China's 'Belt and Road' initiative and 'Carbon Peak & Carbon Neutral' strategies. By taking advantages of Fujian's geographical location as an important starting point and birthplace of the ancient Silk Road in the southeast coast and as the strategic support point of the 21st century Maritime Silk Road, as well as the advantages and brand influence of CNHTC in R&D, technology, process, product, quality and management, it aims to seize the major strategic opportunities of the 'Belt and Road' initiative, promote the leapfrog development of Fujian automobile industry, and successfully break into domestic and international markets including China's Southeast coastal areas and Southeast Asia. Located in the Automobile Industrial Park of Sanming City, Fujian Province, it covers an area of 151.72 acres, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. The first phase, with an investment of 1 billion yuan, was fully completed and put into operation in June 2012.
I. Rich product portfolio
The Company is mainly engaged in the development, manufacturing and sales of heavy/medium/light-duty and special-purpose commercial vehicles powered by traditional fuels and new energies. Now, it has built an annual production capacity of 50,000 light-duty trucks and 50,000 medium/heavy-duty trucks.
(I) Traditional products
The Company boasts a rich traditional product portfolio covering wide application scenarios, for example, 4×2, 6×2, 6×4, 8×2, 8×4 road trucks, engineering dump trucks, and special-purpose vehicles. In addition, the Company has implemented constant upgrades to its products.
(II) New energy products
New energy products, including battery electric light-duty cargo trucks, battery electric dump trucks, and hybrid electric cargo trucks, have been put into mass production and successfully broken into regional market; The hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, relying on the technical resources of CNHTC, is now under research, and is expected to achieve an annual production and sales target of 25,000 vehicles in 2025, accounting for more than 50% of the total production and sales.
II. Advanced technologies
The Company has established production lines for medium/heavy-duty trucks, light-duty trucks and new energy vehicles, a trial production workshop for new products, and fully-equipped stamping, welding, painting and final assembly processes. In addition, it also boasts capabilities for product inspection, testing and road test, with equipment reaching the advanced level in China.
III. High R&D capabilities
The technology R&D platform is built based on the sophisticated technology R&D platform of CNHTC's National Heavy-duty Vehicle Engineering Technology Research Center. In addition, the Company has been awarded as 'Enterprise Engineering Technology Research Center, Science and Technology Enterprise, and Green Factory', as well as Fujian Provincial Patent Navigation Pilot Enterprise and Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise.
IV. Quality management
The Company was awarded as Fujian Advanced Quality Management Enterprise, National Pilot Enterprise for Integration of Informatization and Industrialization. It has passed the certifications of 'China Compulsory Product (3C)', 'IATF16949 Quality Management System', '18000 Occupational Health and Safety Management System' and so on.

The brand, namely HOMAN, boasts high social awareness and good reputation among users. 'HOMAN' was awarded as Fujian famous brand, and 'HOMAN' trademark as Fujian famous trademark; in 2019, HOMAN chassis was selected for the building of 'high-quality and high-looking new Fujian' float for the float parade on the National Day. It has led and promoted local economic development, local social progress and local employment significantly.

In recent years, the Company has actively developed domestic and international markets. We have made intensive cultivation in the domestic market according to different industries and operation & application scenarios, and have achieved industry breakthroughs and market leadership in various products such as cargo trucks, construction vehicles and special-purpose vehicles. We have been developing and exploring the international market in a differentiation way according to different characteristics of various countries along the 'Belt and Road'. While consolidating the development of traditional markets such as Southeast Asia and Africa, we have also made efforts to open up new regional markets such as Central Asia and have achieved breakthroughs in both products and markets.
(I) Domestic market
At present, we have built the layout of a domestic strategic marketing system with mature markets such as Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Hunan, Hubei, Henan, Jiangsu and Anhui provinces, stable markets such as Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Guangxi, Chongqing, Hunan,Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Shaanxi provinces, and extension markets such as northeast and northwest regions.
(II) International market
With the support of the overseas sales channels of CNHTC, based on Southeast Asia and focusing on key countries, we have achieved sustained and stable growth of more than 15% per year in the international market. In 2023, the Company achieved the export to nearly 120 countries, with sales of more than 10,000 vehicles, accounting for more than 8% of the total export volume of CNHTC, being a significant production base of exported medium and light-duty trucks of CNHTC.
