On December 20, SDHI SINOTRUK 2026 Global Supply Chain Strategic Partners Conference was held in Jinan. Yu Haitian, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and Mayor of Jinan, attended the conference and delivered a welcome speech. Wang Zhijian, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, delivered a speech and presented awards to outstanding suppliers. Liu Zhengtao, Party Secretary and Chairman of SINOTRUK, presided over the conference, while Liu Wei, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of SINOTRUK, delivered the keynote address.
On behalf of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and Jinan Municipal Government, Yu Haitian expressed his gratitude to Shandong Heavy Industry, SINOTRUK, and their numerous partners for their outstanding contributions to Jinan’s economic and social development. He noted that the global commercial vehicle industry is currently in a critical period of transformation and development. SINOTRUK has adhered to technology innovation leading industrial innovation, formed significant competitive advantages in many cutting-edge core fields such as new energy vehicles and intelligent driving, and has grown into a globally influential leading commercial vehicle enterprise, making positive contributions to Jinan’s high-quality development and national modernization drive with practical results. Facing the 15th Five-Year Plan period, Jinan will continue to provide favorable policy support for enterprises and talent teams. It is hoped that under the link of Shandong Heavy Industry and SINOTRUK as the chain leaders, more high-quality talents and projects will choose Jinan, invest in Jinan, and layout in Jinan. All parties will work hand in hand, with the same heart and direction, to jointly write a new chapter of win-win cooperation.
Wang Zhijian expressed sincere gratitude to the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and Jinan Municipal Government for their long-term care and love, as well as to global supply chain partners for their strong support. The conference announced the decision on commending outstanding suppliers of Shandong Heavy Industry–SINOTRUK in 2025, and Wang Zhijian presented awards to the representatives of outstanding suppliers.
The conference also released the “Sinotruk Supply Chain Integrity and Compliance Initiative,” calling on the majority of supply chain partners to work with SINOTRUK to adhere to the bottom line of integrity, eliminate interest-related connections, jointly defend the brand, uphold business integrity, embrace sunshine supervision, and create an honest and transparent procurement ecosystem.
Meanwhile, SINOTRUK specially demonstrated the “Xiao Zhong 1.0” Advanced Intelligent Service System, intuitively presenting its powerful capabilities of second-level response and proactive service through an innovative scenario-based drama.
During the event, Yu Haitian also visited the exhibition areas of SINOTRUK, such as SITRAK, HOWO heavy-duty trucks, HOWO light-duty trucks, light commercial vehicles, new energy vehicles, and digital intelligence, and learned in detail about the advanced products and full-lifecycle solutions of SINOTRUK.
In 2025, SINOTRUK and its partners forged ahead with determination. The annual consolidated revenue is expected to exceed RMB 225 billion, a year-on-year increase of 17%; the total vehicle sales volume is expected to exceed 450,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 25%. Among them, the production and sales scale of SINOTRUK’s heavy-duty trucks exceeded 300,000 units, winning the laurel of the world’s top heavy-duty truck sales volume. The domestic market achieved all-round growth: the expected sales volume of heavy-duty trucks reached 150,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 33%; the expected sales volume of light-duty trucks reached 120,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 29%; the sales volume of VANs and pickup trucks increased by 116% year-on-year; the expected sales volume of new energy heavy-duty trucks and light-duty trucks increased by 230% and 390% year-on-year respectively. Another historic breakthrough was made in overseas markets: the annual export volume of heavy-duty trucks exceeded 150,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 11%, maintaining the top position in China’s heavy-duty truck exports for 21 consecutive years. Among them, the monthly export volume of heavy-duty trucks exceeded 15,000 units in September, setting a new historical record for China’s heavy-duty truck exports.
More than 2,000 people attended the conference on site, including responsible comrades from Jinan Municipal Government and relevant units, responsible persons from Shandong Heavy Industry Group, SINOTRUK, and their affiliated companies, global strategic partners of SINOTRUK, and media representatives.
